Amazingly beautiful place. Historical pieces beautifully preserved to showcase. It's a self-guided tour to the old buildings, a ticket for which you can take at the cafe counter. There are also some Lamas which always Rome around and you can feed them too. It was an awesome experience!.

Had lunch outdoors at this gorgeous cafe with beautiful views of a historical settlement and alpacas grazing in a field. Food was yummy and atmosphere was great especially on a sunny day like what we experienced. Would have given 5 stars but service was a bit slow as they were crowded and the cashier was a bit grumpy. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

An absolutely lovely place to visit and dine in. The ambience is so charmingly old world, with historic buildings and exhibits to explore, and the food is definitely worth the trip. The seafood basket was amazing, everything so fresh, with the fries crisp to the very last one. The scones truly are the best I have ever had, anywhere in the world and I have tried many, in many countries, including England and Scotland. The owners are warm and incredibly welcoming. They even gave us a complimentary sampling of a new ice cream flavour they were testing out, that was not on the menu. If you have not been here yet, it should definitely be on your list!

Great cafe for a coffee and cake or something a bit more substantial. Then look around the well preserved old buildings like churches, convent, schoolhouse etc. They even rent out Mel meters to detect any ghostly presence for $5. $7 pp to have a look around

Really nice cafe to stop off for a coffee or a meal, friendly staff, delicious food and good coffee. Dog friendly outdoor shaded seating, indoors seating area is spacious and clean, suitable for larger groups, too. Interesting “village” to take a walk through and there’s the option to feed the llamas!

Milkshakes here are amazing, and large in portion. Worth visiting just for that. We had alpacas drinking water nearby as we eat made for a pleasant day.

We have been to this cafe on numerous occasions, they truly make the best coffee and scones. We threw a 60th birthday party here for my dad and it was honestly the best party he's had! The staff were also super attentive to our needs and were happy to serve with a smile. Not to mention the food and desserts were immaculate. Great outdoor area with plenty of scenic views of the historical settlement and they have alpacas too! Please do yourself a favour and stop by this cafe if you are driving through Brand Highway!!!
